Is Kanye West trying to start Entertainment 720 from Parks and Recreation in real life?

Kanye West took to twitter yesterday to announce plans for his new company titled DONDA. Compare Kanye’s tweets about their plans to this video of Entertainment 720 from NBC’s Parks & Recreation and they seem to be about the same level of ridiculousness. He needs to hire Aziz Ansari ASAP. Check it out below:
